By accessing airvigen.com, creating a member account or engaging Airvigen Ltd for any service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree, please stop using the website and our services.

Airvigen Ltd provides aircraft sourcing and purchase support, fleet leasing, training simulators for schools and approved training organisations, and sponsorship programmes.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. Specifications, availability, timelines and pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation or signed agreement.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at info@airvigen.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used unlawfully, or are used in a way that harms other members or our systems.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to availability at the time of acceptance.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, prices exclude taxes, duties, freight, insurance, ferry costs and third party regulatory fees.

Deposits and milestone payments are set out in the applicable agreement. Late payment may delay delivery or suspend service.

Lease terms, maintenance responsibilities, insurance requirements, utilisation limits and return conditions are defined in the individual lease agreement, which prevails over this page in the event of conflict.

Aircraft must be operated only by appropriately licensed and current crew, and in compliance with the applicable civil aviation regulations.

Simulator units are supplied for training support and familiarisation. Unless expressly stated in writing, a unit is not a certified flight training device and hours logged on it may not count towards licensing requirements.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges or improper environment.

Sponsorships and donations are applied to the programme described at the time of giving. Where a programme cannot proceed, funds are redirected to a comparable school or training initiative.

Donations are generally non refundable. Acknowledgement and reporting are provided on request.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or copy content at scale, upload malicious code, or use the site to distribute unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and layout, belongs to Airvigen Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Airvigen Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, training hours or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may work with manufacturers, maintenance organisations, brokers, insurers and logistics providers. Where a third party supplies goods or services directly, their terms and warranties apply to that supply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith discussion, and failing that, submitted to the courts of Kenya.
